What is chin chin?
Chin chin is a crunchy Nigerian snack made from a simple dough of flour, butter, milk, eggs and a little sugar, seasoned with nutmeg, cut into small pieces and deep-fried until golden. It is one of the most popular snacks in Nigeria: served in bowls at parties, packed for journeys and kept in jars at home for anyone who drops by.
At Flourish Snacks Bites we make chin chin in small batches in Regina, Saskatchewan. Each batch is fried after you order and sealed the same day. It comes in three flavours: Classic, Spicy and Coconut.
Taste and texture
Lightly sweet, buttery and crisp all the way through, with a warm nutmeg finish. Spicy Chin Chin adds a peppery kick that builds gently; Coconut Chin Chin folds shredded coconut into the dough for a toasty, nutty flavour.

Message us on WhatsApp with the flavour(s), pack size and quantity you'd like, and whether you prefer pickup or local delivery in Regina. Because every batch is made after you order, please allow a little lead time for large quantities.
Storage
Keep chin chin sealed in its pouch or in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. It does not need refrigerating — fridge moisture softens the crunch. Reseal after each serving. We confirm the best-before date for your batch when you order.

Contains wheat (gluten), milk and eggs. Coconut Chin Chin also contains coconut. Everything is prepared in a kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, coconut, fish and meat, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from a particular allergen. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering.
